You may request a return within 120 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are considered final.

❌ Not Eligible for Return If:
• The item has been used, washed, or altered
• It shows minor imperfections (e.g., loose threads, wrinkles)
• It’s missing original tags or packaging
• The damage was not caused by Liteliberty
To start a return or refund request, email support@liteliberty.com with the following details: your order number, photos or videos clearly showing the issue, proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt), and shipping receipt (if applicable). Please do not return any items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Refunds include original shipping charges, if applicable. If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10–15 business days, please check with your payment provider or contact support@liteliberty.com for assistance.
