Order Change / Cancellation

At Liteliberty, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products and a smooth, transparent shopping experience from checkout to delivery. Each order is carefully reviewed, packed, and shipped with precision. If any issue arises, our support team will resolve it quickly and fairly to ensure your satisfaction.

Please review all order details — including size, color, and quantity — before completing checkout. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover processing costs. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. To request a cancellation, please contact support@liteliberty.com and include your order number for faster assistance.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for size, color, or style changes after purchase. If you wish to make adjustments, you may cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one. If you need help choosing the right fit or style, our support team is always available before checkout — reach out to support@liteliberty.com for guidance.

You may request a return within 120 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are considered final.

✅ Eligible for Return If:
• The item arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong product
• The product differs significantly from its description on liteliberty.com

❌ Not Eligible for Return If:
• The item has been used, washed, or altered
• It shows minor imperfections (e.g., loose threads, wrinkles)
• It’s missing original tags or packaging
• The damage was not caused by Liteliberty

To start a return or refund request, email support@liteliberty.com with the following details: your order number, photos or videos clearly showing the issue, proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt), and shipping receipt (if applicable). Please do not return any items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Refunds include original shipping charges, if applicable. If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10–15 business days, please check with your payment provider or contact support@liteliberty.com for assistance.

Return Window: 120 days from delivery
Return Shipping Cost: Customer’s responsibility (unless the issue was caused by Liteliberty)
Lost or Damaged Returns: Liteliberty is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.
