Shipping & Delivery Policy – LiteLiberty Transparent & Reliable

Welcome to LiteLiberty. We’re committed to shipping your orders safely, promptly, and with full transparency. This policy explains how we process and deliver orders across the continental United States.

1) Shipping Carriers

We ship with trusted partners after your payment is successfully confirmed:
  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • DHL Express
  • EMS
  • Local Postal Services (depending on destination)

2) Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

  • Order Cut-Off: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time
  • Processing Days: Monday – Friday (business days)
  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET begin processing the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, on weekends, or U.S. postal holidays are processed the next business day.

3) Estimated Delivery Time & Shipping Fees

Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time Your estimated delivery date depends on the selected method and destination. Weather, carrier issues, or peak seasons may cause delays that are outside our control. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder.

4) Personalized & Made-to-Order Items

Customized or made-to-order products may need extra production time. If additional processing is required, we’ll notify you by email before shipment.

5) Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the continental United States. We do not deliver to:
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO or military addresses
  • International destinations

6) Order Tracking

  • A shipment confirmation email includes your unique tracking link.
  • Tracking updates may take 3–7 days to appear after carrier pickup.
  • If tracking remains unavailable, the parcel may not yet be scanned by the carrier.

7) Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Please verify your shipping address before checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses can delay your order while we contact you.
  • LiteLiberty isn’t responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to sender due to inaccurate details provided at checkout.
  • Returned parcels may be disposed of by shipping partners; re-shipments require an additional fee.
  • After dispatch, we cannot assume liability for lost, stolen, or carrier-redirected packages.
